CHANGE YOUR HABITS AND YOUR LIFE WILL CHANGE.

ROUGH TRANSLATION
Change your habits and your life will change.
About 2,500 years ago the ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle said: “If you change your habits, your life will change.”
The most important part of changing a habit is being aware of it. As Einstein once said: “Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is the height of foolishness.”
If you want different results in life, you need to build new habits. If you really put in the effort and discipline yourself, it is easy to do. Form habits that lead towards your goals, and if you manage that you are sure to succeed in life.
Bad habits to drop include being late for appointments, putting off important things, overeating and heavy drinking, snacking, and interrupting other people while they are talking.
If you feel under pressure to form 10 healthy habits in the next three months, try forming three habits in one month instead. These habits will become the drivers of your life and replace the bad habits holding you back.

They do not have to be anything big. If you could establish 100 habits, what would they be?

Here are some of the habits I encourage my clients to follow:
❈ Exercise at least three times a week.
❈ Focus on what is going well in your life.
❈ Work wholeheartedly towards the goals you have set.
❈ Take a walk on the beach or in the woods.
❈ Spend more time with your family.
❈ Eat more green vegetables.
❈ See your friends.
❈ Read for at least 30 minutes a day.
❈ Set aside at least 15 minutes a day to enjoy life just for yourself.

Make a list like this and stick it somewhere near you where you can easily see it. When you achieve results, reward yourself.
