Reading Personality from Blood Type, the Japanese Way

This is just the Japanese view; it seems a bit different in Vietnam – what is your blood type?☺️☺️
4つの血液型別

People with blood type A are very responsible and never do things by halves. They are not exactly meek, they cry easily, they hate to lose and find it very hard to accept not being recognised, so they tend to push themselves too hard. They are very shy when meeting someone for the first time!

責任感が強い (せきにんかんがつよい) responsible
中途半端にできない (ちゅうとはんぱ) cannot do things by halves
素直 (すなお) meek, obedient
涙脆い (なみだもろい) easily moved to tears
負けず嫌い (まけずぎらい) hates to lose
無理 (むり) overdoing it
断る (ことわる) to refuse
頑張りすぎでしまう (がんばりすぎ) to try too hard
どっちらかというと if anything, rather
人見知り (ひとみしり) shy with strangers
初対面の人 (しょたいめんのひと) someone you meet for the first time
気を遣う (きをつかう) to be mindful of others

People with blood type B are a little withdrawn, like being alone, always make things complicated and are not very calm. Once they dislike someone, they dislike them for life. They are bad at lying; when they lie it shows on their face!

マイペース doing things at one’s own pace
落ち着きがない (おちつきがない) restless
めんどくさそう seems like a hassle, makes things complicated
ウソは苦手 (うそはにがて) bad at lying
顔に出やすい (かおにでやすい) shows on one’s face
嫌な人がいたら (いやなひとがいたら) if there is someone they dislike
一生嫌いのまま (いっしょうきらいのまま) disliking them for life
1人でいる時間が好き likes time alone

People with blood type O forget whatever annoyed them once they have slept on it. They flare up easily but cool down just as fast, act rather than think, but do not notice what is going on around them. They make plans but never stick to them and leave things to the last minute. They make mistakes often but shrug them off, have high self-esteem and are quite down to earth.

People with blood type AB do not take things slowly but do everything in one go. They are skilful but get bored easily, like analysing others and have clear likes and dislikes. They act on impulse and then keep regretting it :)). And they will not rest until things are clearly black or white!
