(Japanese Translation Practice) Luck –
Translated from the Vietnamese original. View the original.
Do you think you are lucky?
People often say “I am lucky” or “I am unlucky”.
Over our long lives we naturally meet with good luck, and bad luck will come our way too.
But that is just what happens to you now and then; it does not really make you a lucky or an unlucky person.
Some people complain that “bad things only happen to me”, but that is only because bad events leave such a strong impression.
Because you never forget them and keep worrying about them, you end up thinking you are an unlucky person.
Nobody gets rained on every single time they go out.
And nobody has never seen a blue sky.
Whether you are lucky or unlucky is up to you.
If you think you are lucky, you are sure to attract good luck.
