Little by little!

Feeling worn out when people tell you “keep going” (when they keep urging you on)
Even when everyone around you is cheerful, you cannot share that feeling and everyone around you just feels like an enemy
So much on your mind that you cannot think at all, yet you feel guilty about letting yourself rest
Whatever you do, you go round in circles
You are sick of yourself for being useless
You are very anxious about the future
Even if there are many things you cannot do yet
or things do not go the way you want
it is fine to change little by little!
〜思える to feel, to seem to oneself
頭が重い heavy-headed, weighed down with worry
罪悪感 feeling of guilt
空回り spinning your wheels
嫌気がさす to become sick of
自分のペース at your own pace
=========
So whether it is studying or anything else, stay calm, do not be too impatient and do not lose heart, especially when learning Japanese. If you are impatient, always wanting to be good straight away and to speak right away, without giving yourself time and the chance to take in new knowledge, practise it and get used to it, you only put pressure on yourself!
Whatever you do, especially studying, be persistent and give yourself a chance!
Keep the fire burning! 🤟🏻
