Here are some good Japanese translation passages for learners of Japanese.

Passage 1.

まずは息を整え言いたいことをすべて聞く

Rough translation
Do not dwell on what is past.
Do not react straight away to the other person’s opinion.
First steady your breathing and hear out everything they want to say.
Do not assume your own view is right.
Find what is good and interesting in the other person.
Do not say what does not need saying.
If you speak slowly and politely,
you will be better received than ever.

他の誰にもその場所を知らせるわけにはいきません。

Rough translation
Treasure hunting is a journey you make alone in the dark.
Everyone does it that way when they want to unearth real treasure.
We do not go around beating drums and telling all our friends.
We sneak deep into the cave alone, or with the one person we trust most.
And we never tell anyone where the treasure is.

Rough translation
Even if you have nobody to love, you are still happy.
Even if you are not well off, you are still happy.
Even if you have no grand dream, you are still a happy person.
If you have a heart that always turns towards happiness, you can always be happy.
