1. Structure:
[noun / い-adjective / な-adjective / verb] in the noun-modifying form + ため（に）
2. Meaning: Talking about a cause or reason.
台風のために、木が 倒たおれた。
Taifū no tame ni, ki ga 倒 Taoreta.
The tree fell because of the typhoon.
大雨のため、新幹線が遅れています。
Ōame no tame, shinkansen ga okurete imasu.
Because of the heavy rain, the Shinkansen arrived late.
熱が高いため、ご飯が食べられません。
Netsu ga takai tame, gohan ga tabe raremasen.
