a. Meaning: at the time of ~ (like とき)

b. Structure: [N + の] / Vる / V た + 際に／際（に）は

「お降りの際は足元にご注意ください」（乗り物内のアナウンス）
`O ori no sai wa ashimoto ni go chūi kudasai'(norimono-nai no anaunsu)
